Terms of Sale
The plain-English terms that apply when you buy Google Ads services from Mr. Blue Skies.
Payment
Ads setup and management plans are paid in full in advance. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
All sales are final
We do not offer refunds on any purchase, including setup and annual management plans. Please review the plan details, and contact us with any questions, before you buy.
Annual plans and renewal
Management plans are priced per month and billed annually, one year in advance. They renew automatically at the then-current annual price on each anniversary of your purchase until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date by emailing info@mrblueskies.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan continues until the end of the year you've paid for. We'll remind you by email before each renewal.
Ad spend
Your advertising budget is not included in any plan. Google bills it directly to the payment method on your Google Ads account. We never mark it up, and we will not raise your budget without your approval. Each plan covers the monthly ad budget range shown on our pricing page; if your spend grows past it, we'll ask before moving you to the next plan.
What's included
Each plan includes the work described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Additional work is billed at $85 per hour with your approval first.
Outside costs
Fees charged by other companies are not included and are paid at their price, such as call-tracking services, stock photos or video, and any website or hosting work. We'll confirm any outside cost with you first.
Ownership and access
Your Google Ads account, Google Analytics property, and data are in your name. We work in them with access you grant and can remove at any time. Campaigns, ads, and history stay in your account if you leave.
Google's policies
All ads must follow Google's advertising policies. Google decides whether ads are approved and may suspend accounts; we'll help you resolve issues but can't override Google's decisions.
Results
We guarantee the work described in your plan. We do not guarantee specific clicks, leads, costs, or sales, because those depend on Google's auctions, competitors, and markets outside our control.
